Now in its 5th Year, it’s going to be bigger than ever! This year the dancers will be starting at Dorking Halls at 10am, then at about 11.30 there will be dancing around the town at The Star, The Old House and the Front Garden of United Reformed Church all in West Street, St Martin’s Walk, and The Old Bandstand in South Street. Free and for all the family, we've a wonderful diverse range of entertainers joining us this year. 10am to 5pm

St Martin's Walk would like to welcome Calli's Corner to the shopping centre. Calli's Corner is a well-established studio offering 'Paint Your Own Ceramics With Calli's Corner', as well as having specialised for the last 17 years in Ceramic and 2D Stonecast Imprints, 3D Castings, Silver Fingerprint Jewellery and Glass Decorating and Sandblasting. Calli's Corner are also introducing Glass Fusion and 'Make a Teddy' workshops, as well as 'Foam Clay' as an alternative medium to paint for decorating ceramic bisque.
19/03/2017 The Wedding Cottage
St Martin's Walk is pleased to announce the opening of The Wedding Cottage in Unit 19 within the covered walkway of the shopping centre. Owner, Cassandra, stocks an amazing range of sample wedding dresses from the world's top wedding dress designers - all at an unbelievably low price. Designers include Maggie Sottero, Vera Wang, Sophie Couture, Ronald Joyce and Benjamin Robert, just to name a few. The Wedding Cottage also stocks a range of bridal accessories, including veils, tiaras and jewellery for your special day.

Thursday 1st December 2016. Mole Valley District Council will be hosting the fabulous Gala Night in Dorking with St Martin's Walk at the heart of the celebrations! More information to follow shortly.

18/11/2016 Christmas Light Switch On
Friday 18th November 2016 Ceremony starts at 4.30pm Come and join Dorkers (the Dorking Town mascot) and the cast of the Dorking Halls Pantomime “Dick Whittington” in St Martin’s Walk for fun and entertainment, singing, dancing and face painting. Plus the exciting Dorking Christmas Light Switch on count-down. This year St Martin’s Walk have new sparkling lights and a beautiful Christmas Tree to sing your carols. The lights will be switched on around 5.15pm by The Chairman of Mole Valley District Council. The Christmas lights then spread out across the town to start off a glittering Dorking Town Christmas season. There will also be exciting goody bags to takeaway. All in all, a great early evening entertainment for all the family to enjoy.

Unfortunately St Martin's Walk is unable to host the Dorking Farmers' Market on Saturday 8th October 2016, so the market will not be taking place on this day. For more incredible markets hosted by Surrey Markets in nearby towns please see their website www.surreymarkets.co.uk.

Surrey Markets will be hosting the monthly Dorking Farmers' Market in St Martin's Walk on Saturday10th September 2016. A wide selection of local produce such as cheese, sweet and savoury baked goods, vegetables, meats, plants and handmade crafts are sold between 9.30am - 3pm.
7/09/2016 St Martin's Walk Cockerels
St Martin's Walk has commissioned two gorgeous cockerels for its visitors to enjoy! They have been commissioned by Paul Cox who is responsible for the London Spitalfields Bunnies. They are made from fibreglass and have been covered in chrome to give them a shiny, beautiful finish. The sculptures are not for climbing on (and St Martin's Walk will not be responsible for any injuries) but are for stroking, taking selfies with and admiring their mirrored beauty! We hope you like them as much as we do.

23/07/2016 Choir Performance - Saturday 23rd July
inChoir will be performing within St Martin's Walk at 12.30pm on Saturday 23rd July 2016 for 35minutes. Kirsty Hudson and her choir are fairly new to Dorking but are a well-established choir across Sussex and Kent having also performed at the Dorking Arts Alive Festival 2015.

Downs Solicitors LLP of 156 High Street, Dorking have taken part in the Surrey Cow Parade and will be unveiling their beautiful cow, Ermintrude, within Church Square of St Martin's Walk on Thursday 30th June at 2.15pm Ermintrude will be in the centre until the end of August so please come and visit her!
